2. Accumulation of points over the season
- Total of 200 points = “A” Berth
- Total of 150 points = “B” Berth

Hosting a tournament qualifies for a “B” berth.
State Fastpitch Director must approve an “A” berth for hosting at tournament.
- All teams attending the World Series must play in the State Championship Tournament
- State Tournament seeded based on points earned in current season
- World Series seeded by points earned during the season
